Our ethos is to inspire our guests to embrace a healthy diet in order to improve their wellbeing and health. Our goal is to make you leave the island not only refreshed and re-energised, but also feeling excited about the benefits of good nutrition. Our Morna food workshops are designed to inspire our guests with fantastic recipes and cooking ideas to enable them to continue cooking these delicious dishes when they return home.
You will learn how to make quick and easy gluten free bread, delicious raw dips, THE best vegan sushi, heavenly quinoa burgers, yummy guilt free desserts and much, much more! By the time you leave you’ll be as food crazy as us..
The workshop is very hands on. This allows you to get really involved with food preparation, as well as an opportunity to learn from and interact with some of the best vegan chefs around. There is also lots of tasting in-between, after all the best way to learn to cook is to do some serious eating!
Much of what is made in the workshop will be in preparation for dinner that evening. At the end of the day the group can sit down and appreciate and enjoy all the wonderful food they made together during the workshop.
From appetisers right the way through to desserts, you will have the invaluable inspiration and recipes you need to go cooking mad as soon as you get home! Although our main objective is ensuring the workshops are educational, they are also a really fun way to get involved in what is truly a memorable afternoon.
