It is the customer’s responsibility to check that the details of their reservation are correct. The customer shall not use the property except for permitted use and shall not use the property for any offensive, noisy, dangerous, illegal, entertainment, immoral or
improper purposes. The customer shall not do anything, which may be a nuisance or annoyance to Morna Retreats and its guests, staff or owners. The customer shall keep all Morna Retreats fixtures, fittings, furniture and effects in a clean and good condition and shall replace any articles, which are destroyed, damaged or missing with articles of a similar kind and of equal value.

Morna Retreats reserves the right to alter any facility accommodation or yoga activity. The customer must comply fully with all and any health and safety regulations introduced by Morna Retreats. The customer must ensure that he/she is medically and physically fit and able to use our facilities and participate in activities. Customers who have injuries or illnesses are advised to seek doctor’s advice if practicing yoga or any other activities. Morna Retreats is not liable for any injuries to the customer in his/her use of our facilities or participation in activities. A customer must always stop and rest if he/she is feeling any pain or sickness and inform the teacher of any previous injuries. Morna Retreats cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage of personal possessions or valuables of the customer.

In the event of a customer having any complaint then he/she will not discuss this with any third party and shall notify the manager as soon as possible.

Morna Retreats retains all copyright licence rights and sole exclusive ownership of the information, photographs and material displayed on its website. The material may not be modified, copied or used in any other way.
We recommend that all customers have adequate travel, cancellation and medical insurance for the duration of the trip. We recommend that you purchase insurance from the moment your booking is made to protect against anything that might arise
ahead of the retreat. Most Morna retreats book up quickly, but late cancellations can lead to places being unfilled since people on the waiting list often make other arrangements. For this reason, Morna Retreats has the following Cancellation Policy for confirmed places on retreats. Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. If you cancel your participation in a retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy below will apply, with no exceptions.

We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, illness etc), but we have costs already incurred when we pay our tour operators,reserving retreat activities, teachers, etc. We have designed our cancellation policy to be as compassionate as possible in the case that your plans change.

90 days or more prior to the start of the yoga retreat, you receive: 100% credit of the cost of the full retreat.
31-90 days prior to the start of the yoga retreat, you receive: 50% credit of the cost of the full retreat and forfeit the remainder.
0-30 days prior to the start of the yoga retreat – no refunds or credits will be given. However, as our retreats are often fully subscribed, if we can give your place to another customer on our waiting list, even within the 30 day period, we will
endeavour to do so, and give you a full refund minus a €50 admin fee, and if applicable minus the tour operator fee (Book yoga retreats, Retreat place, etc.).

If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your Insurance Policy, you may be able to make a claim.

We have never had to cancel a retreat, however, if we do cancel a trip due too few participants, we will refund to you all deposits and payments you have paid. We cannot however compensate you for airfare or travel costs incurred. In the unlikely event that we must cancel a retreat due to natural disaster we cannot guarantee a refund.
